Health professionals working in crisis are burdened with feelings of overwhelm, exhaustion, grief, anxiety, fear and anger. These feelings are a burden that causes chronic stress.
This program takes you through a guided process to unburden the unwanted feelings and restore you to a place of calm and safety.

I know that you are going through. From my knowledge of the science of trauma, I am deeply worried about the emotional health of health professionals working in the COVID-19 emergency. I am seeing symptoms of overwhelm and PTSD in my colleagues and I know how harmful this can be, including by suppressing the immune system and making you more vulnerable to infection. Please join me in this simple follow-up process that can unburden your negative feelings and leave you feeling calm and safe. It's offered as a free service to health professionals.
